What Chicago Voters Need To Know
Updated 9/17/2026
Chicago general election voters need to know that Hilario Dominguez is unfit to be in charge of our schools. They should see and hear online, on TV, and read in the mail that:
In a formal complaint, Dominguez’s female coworker accused him of sexual harassment and discriminatory behavior.
The complaint accused Dominguez of asking his female coworker sexual questions.
The complaint said Dominguez denigrated his special education students, referring to them as “these f**king kids.”
The complaint also accused Dominguez of making “Nazi salute[s]” and referring to his coworker as “Hitler” in front of students while working as a special ed teacher.
Voters on Instagram and Facebook in particular still need to be introduced to Jessica Biggs. They should see that:
Jessica Biggs is a CPS mom and an elected school board member. A former special education teacher and elementary school principal who won acclaim for turning her school around.
Jessica has partnered with education and health care advocacy organizations to help students in underserved communities.
Jessica’s mission is to provide every child the opportunity for an excellent education regardless of their zip code and hold leadership accountable to deliver on that promise.
Priority demographics include: women on the South and West Sides, voters ages 50 to 64, CPS Parents, and progressive/liberal voters.
